    9:30 to 9:50 - Breakfast Break
    10:00 AM to 11:00AM Vipassana Meditation (with 15 minute Audio)
    11AM to Noon Chakra Breathing/No Dimensions Meditation
    1PM to 3PM - Lunch Break
    3PM to 4PM� Nadabrahma Meditation
    4:15PM to 5:15PM� Kundalini Meditation
    5:30 PM to 7:15PM - White Robe Meditation & Video
