Morning Sessions
- 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM: OSHO Dynamic Meditation® Begin your day with vibrant energy through this invigorating hour-long practice.
- 9:30 AM to 9:50 AM: Breakfast Break Enjoy a nourishing pause to prepare for the next session.
- 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM: OSHO Vipassana Meditation® (With 15-Minute Audio) Experience the stillness of mind in this serene meditation, enhanced by guided audio.
- 11:00 AM to Noon: OSHO Chakra Breathing® / OSHO No-Dimension Meditation® Explore and elevate your energy with these powerful techniques.
Afternoon Sessions
- 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM: Lunch Break Take a restorative break to refuel and connect with fellow participants.
- 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM: OSHO Nadabrahma Meditation® Achieve inner harmony through this soothing practice of humming and hand movements.
- 4:15 PM to 5:15 PM: OSHO Kundalini Meditation® Release stress and refresh your spirit with this gentle yet energizing four-stage process.
- 5:30 PM to 7:15 PM: OSHO Evening Meeting® & Video Conclude your day with a beautiful blend of dance, silent reflection, and inspiring visuals.
